I N T R O D U C T I O N
Castrol Aircol SR are polyalphaolefin-based synthetic
compressor oils, using an advanced additive system
to
enhance thermal and oxidation stability and reduce
component wear.
This products are intended for use in rotary
(screw) compressors, where they will provide
significant in-service benefits when compared
with other mineral and synthetic based
lubricants.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS
Castrol Aircol SR is an ester-free formulation which
eliminates the possibility of hydrolysis in the
presence
of water at elevated temperatures which could lead
to
acidic corrosion. Furthermore the products possess
excellent water separation characteristics giving
easier
control of oil levels in condensates.
